John Ward is the Chief Executive of Davisons. He is an FCA and has been with the company for 27 years. John is well-known and respected in North Devon, has broad experience and a diverse range of financial skills. He emanates from an agricultural background. 
Matthew Gard, a Chartered Certified Accountant joined Davisons in 2005 after working in a City practice. From a farming background, Matthew has been working in the accountancy profession for 12 years. His involvement can be across the board although he tends to specialise in company accounts. 
Elizabeth Llewellyn-Rees, is a Chartered Accountant and Commercial Director for Davisons. She has been in the profession for 11 years and joined Davisons in 2004 after having spent time in a City practice. Elizabeth specialises in working with small businesses and can lend a commercial eye whilst also being well-versed in a portfolio of financial issues. 
Ian Smale majors on tax for Davisons. A Chartered Accountant, he has been with Davisons for 21 years and hails from Barnstaple. Ian can work on tax issues from routine tax return completions through to inheritance and capital gains tax and spans both the Commercial and Agriculture teams for Davisons. 
Mark Joslin, is a Chartered Accountant who qualified in 1982. He has lived and worked in North Devon all of his life, and has a great understanding of the local area. Mark ran his own practice with offices in Chulmleigh and South Molton prior to merging with Davisons in 2006, and has great experience in all aspects of general practice, with particular emphasis on small family run businesses. 
Cathy Barrow, has been in the accountancy profession for 12 years and is a Chartered Certified Accountant. In addition to running her own farm she is the Agricultural Manager for Davisons and is involved with computer accounts software, tax planning, budgeting & projections and can assist with grant applications for clients. 
Liz Smith joined Davisons in 2007. From a farming background, she has 17 years experience in the accountancy profession, in North Devon. She is a fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation. Liz has experience of dealing with a wide range of clients including partnerships, sole traders, limited companies and personal tax clients.
Colin Heal is a Chartered Accountant who joined Davisons in 2006 after many years as a partner in another North Devon accountancy practice. Colin has family farming connections and has a particular interest with regard to the agricultural sector.
