Matt Gard FCCA
Matt is Davisons' managing director and heads up the Corporate Team. Matt has many years experience in the corporate sector, having previously worked in the City, before moving back to Devon to join Davisons.
Ian Smale BA ACCA
Ian is Davisons' specialist Tax Director and is able to support the team on all aspects of tax relating to Corporate Finance Transactions. Ian has experience of the important technical issues relating to acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructuring and tax planning strategy.
